Knackered

Well, did the WDS ball and it was fantastic! Everyone made such an effort :) I even persuaded Craig into a goth shirt and pendant and an Edwardian jacket, he danced and everything! I got to see some old mates and make some new ones, and meet about half of my LJ friends list :waves hello to everyone:

It was fabulous to watch the dancefloor fill up as we played stuff :) It's hard to explain but it's a fantastic feeling, knowing you did that.

My legs hurt, my back hurts but I am absurdly grinning all over the place. I didn't get to bed till nearly 5am hence the lateness of this post.

Ghost is still in bed, poor lamb. He came down with a hideous cold on Friday and got through last night by willpower and Beechams Extra Strength. However, wild horses couldn't have stopped him working last night.

I'm too lazy to cook and the kitchen's a tip - we didn't stop working for the couple of days before so I think every dish I own is dirty! Takeaway for dinner tonight methinks.

Oh, and we had dinner in the Shambles, which was fantastic. I ordered fish and chips and they brought me out a platter so big I couldn't finish it all!

But we're staying over next year, now everyone has seen how exhausted you are on the bus at 3am!

I had the best time! I didn't get much chance to chat to anyone, which is a pity, but it was great to see everyone enjoying themselves (with one exception ;) )
