I would like to give you a New Year's Resolution. It should be "Get a new courier you numpties."

This was brought to you by the complete failure of Alchemy's rubbish courier to deliver my Alchemy order. They have promised to deliver it on Monday, which is about as much use to me as a chocolate fireguard. I have no way of getting it to customers in time for Christmas, and may have to turn into a gift wrapping service AGAIN.

Bah humbug.

Mmm, yeah. We waited a week for our last order as it was FUBAR delivery wise. Free delivery next time you order isn't much use if you have to let a customer down -_- At least they send pretty Christmas cards? Haha.

Yeah, they apparently can't find my address. The house has been here 30 years, shows up on Google maps and even the cheapest shitty SatNavs, but they can't find our house. My guess is that the courier took on far too much work before Christmas, and is either too tight to take on extra staff, or the regular staff have been pulling sickies to get away from the hell of Christmas deliveries.

I have one customer who will be hugely disappointed (he wanted his item for Saturday and the 'tards haven't got it to me in time), and another I may have to actually go and take stuff to physically on Christmas bloody eve, which is actually deeply inconvenient, due to us going to Ghost's grandfather's on Christmas Eve. I still have no idea how I'm getting the package as I will be leaving the house at 11.30am!

They can shove their bloody Christmas cards up the courier's arse! Our rep actually stayed back for an hour to try and sort the mess out, however, the situation is still a mess. And they wonder why we don't order from them as much as we used to - we got tired of letting people down!

Actually, i was sort of hoping to have some of my stuff for tomorrow, but it happens i can live without it. (just as well i know all about Alchemy's reputation, then) ;)

Mm, I'm about ready to throttle our post man and couriers too, they keep turning up, knocking once and then straight away shoving a card through the door before I even get the chance to open it. I missed one when I literally RAN to the door yesterday!! I'd ring and bollock them but I know they won't give a toss and it'd be futile. Might as well save some brain cells from exploding.

Come to think of it we're still waiting on a replacement image CD from them (that they originally made us fork out a tenner for, because I bet everyone pays for their images...), that they claimed they've sent out twice, waaaay before all this Christmas rush bollocks, when everything else was getting through fine. Hmpt.

Yes, the can't be arsed with them sentiment seems appropriate!
