I'm so pleased, the blue looks almost metallic. I have attacked the bale and am cutting some skirts etc out. I thought I might just use the rest for lining etc, but it's too pretty a colour to lurk inside coats and dresses :)

Joanne chose it herself, she wanted to look like a dark water fairy, but also wanted something she could wear again. She wears a lot of blue, and had wanted a BonBon corset for a while so used this as an excuse to have one :)

The worst part of the BonBon is making all the binding - even a small size like this takes 7m+ of hand-made binding...

There is alway's a good excuses to buy new clothes. :p
Hand made binding is the reason that I do not make a lot of corsets with external bone casings. It is just so much work. But it is so worth it if I look at that bon bon corset. :)
