Last night...

.... was pretty eventful. Ghost cut his hand on a broken cup whilst washing up. There was blood everywhere, and he immediately went into shock. Turned out there was a gash about an inch long on his thumb, but so deep you could see the bone. I rang NHS Direct who told me to take him to Dryburn Hospital. So, for the fourth time since I moved down here, we found ourselves in Dryburn's waiting room. Fortunately we were only there about an hour, but Ghost now has a large bandage on to immobilise the thumb and instructions to keep it dry for about a week, no mean feat when you are a clean freak like Ghost.

Oh well, punky_boy_1983 will just have to do the dishes for a week :D

I think we're off to see Ghost's grandad today, so I might go back to bed for an hour as I am exhausted, the gaming group were here till after 1am!

He's fine. His hand is a bit swollen and he's a bit sore, but I'm still cleaning the blood off the kitchen floor :o I'm off to help him wash his hair now, poor lamb.
