I think I need an underbust. I have a small chest and need something to emphasise that and squeeze in my tummy flab! Hehe.

Question: I need to make a red net tutu for Saturday. Are they fairly easy to make?

Yes, just get some net and gather it into a waistband (satin or cotton), then put in some elastic and draw it up. :) There used to be instructions on the net somewhere, I will see if I can find them for you :)
