Friends/ Adding Me

My journal is not friends only, however my public posts are few and far between. If you just want to see pretty pictures of corsets, it's best to not add me and just visit from time to time, as I post my corset pictures publicly.

I also don't always get LJ notifications, or sometimes I get so many I miss comments. I'm sorry if you have asked to be added and I have not answered; I must seem dreadfully rude! You aren't really missing much, I mostly talk about sewing, goth nights, and cake, with the occasional foray into voodoo dolls if I'm in a bad mood!

In future, if you wish to be added, comment here and I will answer you :D

I accidentally posted that on my electradesigns journal. it was meant to go on my thrive_survive lj, which is where i talk about health and other stuff. I deleted it which is why i am responding to you here. i hope you don't mind.
I have called all the animal rescue places around here but none of them take "strays", or they are all full because it's cat season. There is a group who does pet adoptions through the pet store though so I am checking into that tomorrow, and i will check out that community you mentioned. thank you very much for the suggestion. There is more on the cat, including pictures on my other lj of you are interested. :)

I want to apologize for the post I made earlier in the EGL forum. I made that post out of purely reactive adrenline. It was the heat of the moment. I do appreciate your input I feel reassured that at least on person understands there and I find it one sided that it is alright for the buyer to complain and slander, but not acceptable for the seller to post their policies or defend. This time I just threw everything out the door and it got personal. Again thanx for the small consolation of one person understanding policy enforcement.

Also I want to apologize for contacting you this way, but I want to let you know that your opinion is sound and I appreciate that you made a post.

It's no problem, I really can't blame you for reacting the way you did. I think the girl had been posting for days in EGL and there is a limit to anyone's patience with this sort of thing!

You are entitled to set your own policies and to enforce them as you see fit, and I agree entirely with you that all too often people ignore the seller's rights and focus far too much on the customer. It's hardly your fault that one customer thinks that she should be exempted from the rules!

Anyway, thank you for taking the time to track me down and post to me, and I really do hope you can get all this sorted out, and get on with more important business! :)

I have your corset sitting finished, but I had an allergic reaction to my medication and have been laid up for a couple of weeks. I was just worried something had happened, sorry for being so mistrusting but after receiving no replies to any of my questions for a while I got worried I'd been ripped off again! There's no rush, now I know everything is ok just send it when you get a chance. Also do you still have time to make a matching neck bow, if not can I buy some fabric from you so that I can send it to my regular seamstress? Sorry to hear you were ill, hope you're ok now. :)

I can understand perfectly you getting worried, people get worried if they don't get replies! I am usually quite contactable but I am still getting the hang of my new email, I've not had it long and it has a tendency to 'spam filter' if in doubt on anything!
